Today, we are going to meet Chester The Cat. Chester is a lot like "you." He has friends, he goes to school, and he has lots of different feelings inside. Sometimes, he has happy feelings, sometimes sad feelings, and at times he may get angry or annoyed. Most of his days are very good, but sometimes he has very bad days. One day some bullies began to bother him on his way to school. Another day, his friends teased him when he had a funny accident while playing a game. In this video, we are going to see what a bully is. "Does anyone know what a bully is?" (short discussion on bullies) We're also going to see what it means to be teased. "Has anyone ever been teased before?" (short discussion on teasing) When Chester gets bullied and teased in the video, he doesn't know what to do. "So let's turn on the video and watch Chester take us on a special journey to show us what we can do when we are bullied, teased, or yelled at.

Discussion
We just saw two ways we sometimes handle our feelings when we are faced with difficult situations. First, we saw Chester react to the bullies by showing he was scared, feeling sorry for himself, and giving up. Then we saw Chester get angry, lose control and blow up. Chester did not feel good about the ways he reacted. He wanted to find a better way to help him feel in control. Tomorrow, Chester will meet a very important and helpful person.
