- You've been bugging your brother to take you to the baseball card show this weekend even though you know he should study for an upcoming exam. Finally, after all your pestering, he gets angry. You try to apologize, but he's too angry to listen. What do you do?
- You accidentally knock over your friend's model car that he's been building for two months. He's so mad that you can't talk to him. What do you do?
- Your friend just found out you've planned a camping trip with other friends and not invited him. He's hurt and very angry and won't listen to your side of the story. What do you do?
