Students will:
- Identify what "self-anger" is and why people become angry at themselves.
- Identify the negative effects of HOT and COLD responses to self-anger.
- Identify the LOOKING and THINKING characteristics of a COOL response to self-anger.
- Understand how ACTING COOL using the 4-Step Plan can be an effective response to self-anger.
- Recall and model the three steps of the BeCool response to self-anger: LOOK COOL, THINK COOL, and ACT COOL using the 4-Step Plan
