Prevention Review

Review the critical concepts of child sexual abuse prevention:

  1. Your body belongs to you. You can decide who touches you.
  2. Touching is important for all of us; we need good touches, but you can say β€œNo” to:
    • Touches you don't like.
    • Touches that are a secret.
    • Touches on the private parts of your body.
    • Touches that seem funny or strange.
    • Requests to undress when you don't know why or it feels wrong.
    • Leave or get away when someone tries to trick you this way.
    • Tell someone about it; keep on telling until an adult believes you and helps.
    • It's not your fault if someone tries to touch you in a way that's not okay. They should know better.
