Students will:
- Identify what self-anger is and why people become angry at themselves
- Identify negative consequences of HOT and COLD responses to self-anger due to a broken agreement.
- identify the LOOKING, THINKING, and ACTING elements of a COOL response to self-anger.
- Demonstrate understanding of why the COOL response of using the 4-Step Assertion Plan can be effective when dealing with self-anger.
- identify the four steps of the 4-Step Assertion Plan.
- identify benefits of using the BeCool response to self-anger.
- Recall and model the three steps of the BeCool response to self-agree: LOOK COOL, THINK COOL and ACT COOL using the 4-Step Assertion Plan.
- Identify additional courses of action that are available if the BeCool response doesn't work

- Recognize the perceptual-cognitive styles of HOT, COLD and cool responses to self-anger.
