Students will:
- Identify what a COLD or giving up response is.
- Identify the negative effects of a COLD response in coping with difficult people and situations.
- Identify what a HOT or blowing up response is.
- Identify the negative effects of a HOT response in coping with difficult people and situations.
- Identify what a COOL or being in control response is.
- Identify the three steps of the BeCool response: LOOK COOL, THINK COOL and ACT COOL.
- Understand the symbolism of the "sunglasses" and the "3-note whistle" in the LOOK COOL step.
- Recognize the response choices and their consequences in the THINK COOL step.
- Identify the benefits of a COOL response in coping with difficult people and situations.
